You need the original installation data from Caesar3 ISO/CD
Which is installed (through Wine) and the Game directory copied
over to NetBSD
Howto build:
copy over either the julius.tar tarball or the julius directory to your pkgsrc
# make install
Game is launched as follows
$ julius /path/to/game/datadir
