Sources used to build the pkgsrc package for the DevTerm R01 (riscv64) Ubuntu 22.04

There are 2 versions build, one with sound enabled via OpenAL and other without sound 
The one without sound is much better off on the Devterm R01 (but the choice is yours)

Installation (make sure you have bootsrapped pkgsrc)  :
