second release Curse of the Azure Bonds (coab) on UNIX/Linux and OpenVMS !
This is a C and SDL port of the original reverse engineered code from Simeon Pilgrim

On openVMS 8.4 it builds against SDL-1.2
On Linux/UNIX (MacOS) it builds against SDL2
