You can run Tru64 UNIX using the https://github.com/ES40-Emu/es40 
It supports S3 video and native X11/CDE 

- I run it on a RPi5 (arm64) and the performance is quite good.

These can be built normally on Tru64 5.1B (confirmed it builds using GCC447 in the ES40 sim) and is essential if you want to compile SDL 
Rename the gnu make to gmake in /usr/local/bin afterwards to distinguish  between native make and GNU one
